Thanks for taking the time to reflect and to write, Richard. I appreciate it. And you have me thinking about the autonomous revolution and realising that I am already caught up in it and probably one of the marginalised you refer to in the following question: “What are the prospects that you and I will become marginalized in society as technology emerges?” I am not a fan of social media, although, I suppose this newsletter is a form of social media. The greatest difference between your writing and X and other platforms is that what you publish reflects your considered view of our world and you invite others to also spend time in reflecting and sharing their insights. I am intent on making my journey from the head to the heart and Cardijn’s method encourages that journey, just as you do in your use of his method. I look forward to reading your next post. Thank you.

Thank you Pat. i often think about people, us included being "marginalized" and given our ages i would say we may not have to worry based on history BUT given how fast this technology is moving i am not sure anymore. We will soon be facing the question as humanity not just segments of society about how will we deal what has been engrained into our thinking and being because of the values created during the industrial reveloution. Cardijn saw early on the cause/effect of the revolution and we saw strides in unions, students, families addressing the issues the best they could. I do think and i will be addressing this in post to come the change that is coming is going to create some angst. but as Paul wrote in 2 Corinthians 4: 17-18 This too will pass. The question will be at what cost and how much collateral damage.
